This is a figurine of the cat-headed goddess Bastet.
This object is from Egypt but the exact location is unknown. Bastet was the cat-goddess and local deity of the town of Bubastis. She was usually shown as a cat-headed woman, holding a sistrum in one hand and a necklace or basket in the other. Bastet was linked with women and fertility and was regarded as a mother-goddess. This is a figurine of the cat-headed goddess Bastet. It is made from a copper alloy. We do not know how old this object is.
