This is a shabti.

It is from Egypt but the exact location is unknown. A shabti or ‘answerer’ inscribed for Hor-si-eset, Priest of Amun. The inscription on a shabti usually has part of the prayer to bring the shabti to life and the name of the owner. The shabti usually carries a hoe and a basket, ready to work in the fields. This example is carefully painted, with a tied headband around the hair and a basket hanging from two straps. This is a shabti. It is made from faience. It is at least 2,700 years old, dating from the 22nd Dynasty (about 945-715 BCE) in the Third Intermediate Period.
