This is a shabti.
It is from Egypt but the exact location is unknown. A shabti or ‘answerer’. The inscription on a shabti usually has part of the prayer to bring the shabti to life and the name of the owner, though the name here is unreadable. The shabti usually carries a hoe and a basket, ready to work in the fields. This is a shabti. It is made from faience. It is almost 3,000 years old, dating from the 21st Dynasty (about 1069-945 BCE) in the Third Intermediate Period.
