It is from Dendara. Stone masons varied in their skills. This door drum from a tomb is a simple smoothed shape with hieroglyphs cut into the stone. Compare this with the fine and detailed carving of an offering of flowers and geese nearby. A translation of the text reads “The protection for Khnemi”.
