This is a heart scarab with the 64th Chapter of the Book of the Dead incised in hieroglyphs.

It is made from stone (steatite). It is over 3,300 years old, dating to the 18th, 19th or 20th Dynasty (1550 – 1295 BCE) in the New Kingdom.
