This is the coffin with the body of a man called Djed-Khonsu-iu-ankh.

It is from Egypt but the exact location is unknown. The owner of this coffin was Djed-Khonsu-iu-ankh, whose Father was Ni-Hor-debha and whose Mother was Lady of the House, Pa-er-tja. He has two coffins, a mummiform inner coffin and a rectangular outer one. This combination went out of fashion during the 18th Dynasty, about 3,400 years ago. Inside the anthropoid coffin is the unwrapped body of Djed-Khonsu-iu-ankh. He was probably unwrapped at a meeting of the Bath Royal Literary and Scientific Institution.
