This is a Horus figurine.

It is from Egypt but the exact location is unknown. The Egyptians often showed the god Horus as a child. He is naked, as children often were. His head is shaved leaving just a sidelock of hair plaited at one side, as was usual for Egyptian children. This is a Horus figurine. It is made from copper alloy.
