This is an anklet or bracelet.

It is from grave 1101 at Qau el-Kebir (Antaeopolis). An anklet or bracelet of faience beads from the tomb of an unknown woman. She was buried with some offerings and two pieces, or perhaps all, of her personal jewellery. The anklet has been restrung, but it is assumed that the archaeologists restrung it following the original order (or what they thought was the original order) of the beads. This is an anklet or bracelet. It is made from faience. It is at least 4,300 years old, dating to the 5th Dynasty in the Old Kingdom (about 2494-2354 BCE).
