These are bowl fragments.

They are from Egypt but the exact location is unknown. Faience makers modelled larger objects such as bowls and figurines by hand rather than using moulds. These three fragments, two from different bowls and one from a pectoral, show painted decoration on the bright blue faience base. The faience body fires to grey, as you can see here on the broken edges. People often gave faience bowls as offerings to the goddess Hathor. The lotus and plant decoration often refers to fertility. These are bowl fragments. They are made from faience. They are between 1,600 and 2,040 years old, dating to the Roman Period (30 BCE-AD 395).
