This is an amulet of the god Bes.

It is from Egypt but the exact location is unknown. Bes was primarily the protector of childbirth. During the birth, Bes would dance about the room, shaking his rattle and yelling to frighten away demons that would otherwise put a curse on the child. The Egyptians believed that carrying this amulet of Bes would protect a mother or child. This is an amulet of the god Bes. It is made from faience. We do not know how old this object is.
